HEAR THE FUTURE · AI MUSIC
Privacy Policy
Hear the Future AI Publisher · Effective November 3, 2026
1. Scope
Hear the Future AI Publisher is a privately operated desktop utility for publishing owner-approved videos to the Hear the Future AI Music YouTube channel. It is not a service for general public accounts.
2. Google information accessed
With the channel owner's consent, the application uses Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API to access the selected channel's ID and name, uploaded video metadata (including titles and IDs), privacy settings, and YouTube processing status. It submits approved videos and accompanying metadata to YouTube.
3. Use of data
This access is used solely to verify the correct channel, avoid duplicate uploads, submit approved video files, and confirm YouTube's response. It is not used for advertising profiles, resale, surveillance, or unrelated purposes.
4. Local storage and sharing
OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored on the owner's Windows computer in a channel-specific local private directory. The utility also stores local upload manifests, file hashes and upload receipts. It does not run a public database holding Google user data. Information required to upload, display and verify videos is transmitted to Google/YouTube under their API services. No Google user data is sold or shared with data brokers.
5. Retention and deletion
The channel owner can revoke access using Google Account third-party connections and delete locally saved OAuth credentials and upload receipts. Uploaded content and metadata remain subject to YouTube account controls and policies until the owner changes or deletes them on YouTube.
6. Security
The application uses Google's OAuth authorization flow and keeps channel tokens separated. Upload actions verify the expected channel identity. While we take practical safeguards, no system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Google and YouTube
Use of the YouTube API is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. The application follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy if application permissions or data practices change. For privacy questions, contact okunelo.team@gmail.com.
